Manufacturing & Logistics Environment. Are you a dynamic and hands‑on Health & Safety Manager ready to make a real impact in a fast‑growing manufacturing business?

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and implement a robust Health & Safety Management System, conducting gap analysis and driving improvements.
• Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR.
• Lead fire and risk assessments, manage audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), and support waste handling strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and facilities to embed a safety‑first culture.
• Deliver training, mentor teams, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Strategically zoom out to plan and zoom in to deliver — balancing vision with hands‑on execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Health & Safety Manager (NEBOSH General Certificate with Fire essential; Diploma desirable).
• Experience in manufacturing environments — ideally with exposure to blending vessels, chemicals, and logistics.
• Strong auditing experience and familiarity with ISO standards.
• A confident communicator who can influence at all levels and bring energy to training and engagement.
• Someone with a “can‑do” attitude, ready to be a one‑person H&S powerhouse.
