Overview

Interim Director Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Location: London

Salary: £140k-£150k + bonus + package

Contract : 6-Month FTC

Bryan & Armstrong are currently recruiting for an experienced Director of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to support a leading organisation within the property management, real estate and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will lead the groups Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy across a large and complex portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed-use and new-build construction projects.

This is a key leadership position requiring strong strategic direction, operational oversight and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act, CDM Regulations and Building Regulations, while promoting a positive and consistent safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the groups Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) strategy, governance and performance reporting at board level.
  • Provide leadership for all aspects of health, safety, fire and building safety across development and operational portfolios.
  • Oversee wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the HR / People team.
