Health and Safety Co-ordinator - Dental

Location: Salford or Bristol (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours, 12-month fixed-term

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating safe workplaces? Join Bupa Dental as a Health and Safety Co-ordinator and play a vital role in supporting our Health and Safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in health and safety.

You’ll provide essential administrative support, help implement and monitor safety policies, maintain accurate compliance records, and assist with incident investigations. Your work will directly contribute to a positive safety culture across our dental practices, ensuring the highest standards of care for our customers and teams.

How You Will Make Health Happen
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager and Officer.
  • Help implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and inspections.
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the business.
