  • Guide clients in best practices, helping them surpass industry benchmarks with confidence.
  • Support investigations into accidents, craft action plans, and champion ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, assisting clients in enhancing risk assessments across various industries.
  • Help clients achieve SSIP accreditation, ensuring their safety systems meet the highest standards.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, translating complex rules into clear, actionable guidance that makes a real difference.
  • No cold calling or chasing leads—our strong reputation and collaborative approach mean we work closely with legal, employment, and HR teams, and demand for our services remains high.
  • You’ll be out and about—typically three days a week onsite with clients, and two days working from home or our offices, embracing a dynamic, people-focused role.
