PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to Join their Health & Safety team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in the West Midlands and will involve working within Demolition and Remediation Projects.

Health & Safety Advisor Roles and Responsibilities

• Championing a positive safety culture by leading by example on-site.
• Advising Directors and Managers on health, safety, and welfare compliance.
• Conducting audits, site inspections, and accident investigations.
• Developing and implementing project-specific safety plans in collaboration with site teams.
• Producing risk assessments and ensuring safe working methods are followed.
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders as the key point of contact for H&S.
• Reporting and acting on near-misses and RIDDOR incidents.
• Promoting our Behavioural Safety Program across all levels of the business.

Health & Safety Advisor Requirements

• NVQ 6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma
• Experience working within Demolition, Civil Engineering or construction is Essential (Preferably Demolition Experience)
• Good Communication skill with Operatives and clients
• CMIOSH or working towards
• Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and its practical application on-site.
• Safety behaviour training / Mental health awareness
• UK driving licence
