Are you already working in Construction and looking for a genuine opportunity to step up into a dedicated Health and Safety role?

Principal People are working with a growing Construction business within the residential sector to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor. Owing to continued expansion, they are open to both experienced H&S professionals and developing candidates who have hands‑on site experience and a real ambition to build their career in Health and Safety.

You’ll cover residential sites across the West Midlands, with the autonomy to manage your own diary. The role sits alongside a supportive team and reports directly into the Health and Safety Director, giving you access to ongoing guidance while still enjoying independence day‑to‑day.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it).

  • A full UK driving licence.
