Are you passionate about keeping people safe and making a real impact across complex construction projects? We’re seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team at a leading international civil engineering company.

About the Role:

Based at our Swindon Head Office, you’ll work across all departments and projects to ensure the highest health and safety standards are met. You’ll:

  • Provide expert guidance, assurance, and challenge to project teams.
  • Analyse trends, prepare reports, and produce both internal and external meeting minutes.
  • Work closely with our Training Coordinator to manage induction training and maintain a skills matrix.
  • Drive continual improvement and embed best practices across the business.
Who You Are:
  • A full member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
  • Honest, proactive, and committed to excellence in health and safety.
  • Strong in data analysis and familiar with document control processes.
  • Background in Construction or Engineering
