• Support incident reporting, investigations, and RIDDOR requirements.
• Coordinate health and safety training, including identifying needs and supporting delivery.
• Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

We are supporting a well-established property organisation in the appointment of a Health & Safety Advisor to support the delivery of health and safety across a diverse portfolio.

Working closely with the Director of Health & Safety, this is a varied role offering exposure across audits, reporting, systems, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to learn, grow and develop within a supportive environment, whether you already have some experience or are looking to secure your first role in health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide health and safety advice and guidance across the business
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the health and safety management system
• Carry out site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
