• Assist in developing and monitoring the Safety, Health and Environmental Management system.
• Assist with content development for HSE Training and awareness programmes.
• Carry out inspections and audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage key HSE data for trend analysis and suitable responses.
• Develop Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns.

Job description

Job title: Health and Safety Advisor, Start date: ASAP, Duration: Permanent, Location: Swindon, Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 37.5 hours per week, Salary: Competitive, Car allowance included

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management system by updating systems in line with changes in legislation or best practice
• Assist with development of content for HSE Training and awareness programmes
• Carry out inspections and audits in conjunction with appropriate management to ensure Company, Client and legislative requirements are being met and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist with the management of key HSE data to enable accurate trend analysis and develop systems to ensure where trends are identified they are met with a suitable response
• Assist with development of Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns increasing awareness within the business
