Job summary

A well-established construction business is seeking a Health and Safety Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining training records, assisting with documentation, and ensuring effective onboarding. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of administration systems. This is a full-time on-site role in the Penrhyndeudraeth area with a contract duration of 12 months.

  • Pay: £25,500 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role, 35 hours per week (on-site)
  • Duration: Contract (12-month FTC)
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Role

Health and Safety Administration Assistant – support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and wider project team with administrative and clerical tasks. Your day will include maintaining training records, assisting with meeting coordination and documentation, and ensuring effective induction and onboarding processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation and data trends are effectively managed and reported.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of administration systems
  • Basic understanding of project delivery objectives
  • Understanding of document control processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Experience using Publisher and Visio
