Job Role: As a Health and Safety Administration Assistant, you will support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and wider project team with administrative and clerical tasks. Your day will include maintaining training records, assisting with meeting coordination and documentation, and ensuring effective induction and onboarding processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation and data trends are effectively managed and reported.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of administration systems
  • Basic understanding of project delivery objectives
  • Understanding of document control processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Experience using Publisher and Visio
