Job summary

Heath is a state primary and nursery school for children aged 2–11, with approximately 360 pupils. We are seeking a Headteacher who can provide clear direction, improve outcomes and develop staff within Embark Federation.

The role emphasises nurturing kindness, collaboration, and high expectations, building trust with children, families and the wider Trust. Visits are encouraged; DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership with a track record of improving teaching and outcomes.
• Ability to understand barriers to learning and drive inclusive progress.
• Proven ability to build trust with children, staff and families.
• Experience leading within a Trust or multi-site education environment.

• Lead sustained improvement in teaching and learning across Heath.
• Empower colleagues, encourage professional initiative and collaboration.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with students, families and the Embark Trust.
