Qualifications

• Experience leading a school or equivalent.
• Ability to promote and embed a Christian ethos within the school.
• Strong collaboration with parents and the wider community.

• Provide effective, dynamic and inspirational leadership across all aspects of the school, supporting every child to fulfil their potential.
• Lead by example, setting and sustaining high standards for staff and pupils.
• Promote and embed the school’s Christian ethos in all areas of school life.
• Build on the school’s strengths and develop a clear, inspiring, forward-looking vision.
• Value and develop strong links with the Diocese and the wider community; promote high quality teaching, leadership and operational practice.
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers; be visible, approachable and committed to partnerships with families and the community.
• Continue to foster effective behaviour management and a positive school climate.
