Job summary

Doncaster City Council is seeking a Headteacher for Westwoodside Church of England Primary Academy in Doncaster. This role combines 4 days as Headteacher with 1 day as Education Support Partner within the St Lawrence Academies Trust central team.

You will lead a vibrant school, drive improvement, and champion inclusive education while underpinning the Christian ethos of the academy and trust.

• Experience as a school leader in primary education.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding in school.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Headteacher for four days per week and Education Support Partner for one day.

• Foster safeguarding, wellbeing and high outcomes for all pupils.
• Collaborate with the Trust central team to shape strategic direction.
