Rook's Nest Academy in Wakefield invites applications for a Headteacher who can provide strategic vision and inspirational leadership to build on the school's strengths and its Respect, Believe and Achieve ethos.

You will foster an inclusive culture, champion high outcomes for all pupils, develop staff, and strengthen links with families, governors, and the wider community. The position includes safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to wellbeing.

After successfully leading Rook's Nest Academy, our current Headteacher has decided that the time is right to pursue a new adventure. We therefore seek an outstanding leader who can build on the school's many strengths and lead our academy community with vision, warmth and ambition as we continue our journey of Respect, Believe and Achieve.
