Job summary

Durham County Council Seaham Trinity Primary School seeks an exceptional leader to drive improvement across the primary age range and inspire staff, pupils and families. The post will commence January 2027 and offers a permanent contract, full-time position within a dynamic school community.

You will lead a large, supportive team, develop an exciting, innovative curriculum and work with external agencies to safeguard wellbeing.

Due to the retirement of the current postholder, the Governing Board are looking to appoint an inspirational leader who will make a positive contribution to the future education and learning of our fantastic children.
