You will join a Trust of 22 primary schools, working with Plymouth Headteachers to shape strategic leadership opportunities and ensure safeguarding and religious distinctiveness are embedded across the school.

You will not be alone in your leadership, as part of St Christopher’s Trust, you will work with leaders of our 21 other primary schools and be well supported by our 6 other Plymouth Headteachers, there are also opportunities to undertake strategic leadership roles across the Trust when the time is right in your headship journey.
