What skills and experience we're looking for

Holy Trinity is a small school with big dreams: an inclusive, four-class church school in Tattershall, with strong community, Trust and Diocese links. Leading here offers the privilege of nurturing our Christian ethos and every child’s spiritual growth alongside academic achievement.
EYFS and phonics outcomes are strong, but Key Stage 2 outcomes must improve. We need a leader who shares our school and Trust values, with proven expertise in improving teaching and learning. The skills to raise KS2 achievement and sustain improvement are essential.
