The successful candidate will:

  • be able to lead, inspire and motivate staff in order to sustain our already strong leadership and management team
  • continue to build upon our relationship with parents, carers, the school community generally and especially the wider local community with which we are deeply involved

Old Heath Community Primary School is a popular one form entry primary school on the outskirts of Colchester town centre. We are a happy school with very hard working, polite and smiley children who love to have fun too! The same can be said for the adults!!
