We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to lead our partner SEN school into its next chapter. This is a rare chance to take forward a school with a proud history and enormous potential, guiding it through an exciting period of improvement and renewal.
Our partner school supports children and young people with a range of complex Special Educational Needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, and profound and multiple learning disabilities. Following a recent period of challenge, the school is now firmly focused on rapid and sustainable improvement. We are looking for a Headteacher who:
You will be fully supported by a committed senior team, a proactive trust/board, and dedicated staff who want the very best for every child. Together, you will reshape the future of the school and ensure it becomes a place where pupils can achieve, belong, and succeed.
If you are excited by the opportunity to make a measurable difference and to lead a school through meaningful transformation, we would be delighted to hear from you.
