We are looking for someone who has:
  • Proven leadership experience within a specialist SEN or autism setting.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant leadership qualifications (or equivalent experience).

  • A supportive organisation committed to high-quality SEND provision.
  • Excellent professional development and career progression opportunities.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

If you are an ambitious and compassionate SEN leader ready to take on an exciting new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
