Overview

Due to our highly regarded Head Teacher accepting a new opportunity, the children, staff and governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring leader committed to safeguarding and pupil success. We are looking for candidates that:

  • Promote our strong Christian ethos within our school and supports the spiritual, moral and emotional wellbeing of the children
  • Can build on the achievements of recent years and rises to the challenges of the future, ensuring that strategic plans are realistic, sustainable and focused on long-term success
  • Will ensure the academic success in line with educational goals, provides a stimulating, challenging and enhanced curriculum, which develops independent learners helping them to succeed in a happy, caring Christian environment
  • Will provide the highest standard of leadership and levels of support for staff well-being and their professional development
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect and accountability, which empowers staff to work independently towards well-defined and measurable objectives
  • Have an excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection and are fully committed to equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Cultivates strong relationships with the wider school community effectively collaborating with parents, carers and stakeholders, ensuring all voices are heard and valued
