The Headteacher will provide inspirational and strategic leadership for RoseacrePrimary Academy & Nursery, ensuring every child receives an exceptionaleducation in a safe, inclusive and ambitious learning environment. Working inpartnership with Achievement through Collaboration (AtC), the Local GoverningCommittee, staff, pupils, parents and the wider community, the Headteacher willlead the continued development of the school, securing high standards ofachievement, personal development and wellbeing for all pupils.
The Headteacher will promote a culture of high expectations, continuousimprovement and collaboration, ensuring that teaching, learning and thecurriculum enable every child to achieve their full potential. They will championthe Trust's values of Achieve, Belong and Collaborate, while embeddingRoseacre's values of Respect, Excellence, Determination, Tolerance, Courage andHonesty throughout the life of the school.
The Headteacher will provide vales led leadership and effective management ofthe school, driving sustainable improvement through rigorous self-evaluation,quality assurance, effective performance management and strong financial andorganisational leadership. They will work collaboratively across the Trust, sharingexpertise, developing others and contributing to the wider success ofAchievement through Collaboration.
The successful candidate will fulfil the duties of a Headteacher as set out in theSchool Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document and meet the National Standardsof Excellence for Headteachers. They will work with the Chief Executive OfficerLocal Governors and the wider exec team to deliver the Trust’s strategic prioritiesand achieve agreed performance objectives, ensuring that Roseacre continues tostrengthen outcomes and open doors for every child and family it serves,preparing every pupil to thrive in their next stage of education and in life beyondschool.
