A leading automotive company is seeking applicants for the HeadSTARt Apprentice program in Milton Keynes. The HeadSTARt degree programme is designed to help you learn about our business and make a real impact. Through placements across different teams, you will get involved in day‑to‑day activities, meet objectives, and innovate. The programme covers your university fees and pays a competitive salary throughout.
You will study for a BA (Hons) Business Management degree accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, in partnership with MK:U, combining virtual and on‑campus learning.
If successful, you will start the apprenticeship on 1 September 2026.
You will have (or be predicted to achieve) at least CCC or 96 UCAS points in any discipline excluding General Studies, and GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English Language (or equivalent). You should have excellent organisational skills, IT literacy, and strong attention to detail. Passion for our brand, proactivity, confidence, curiosity, and some work or volunteer experience are essential.
