Mitchells & Butlers plc, operating Browns Brasserie and Bar in Manchester, is recruiting a Head Waiter/Waitress. You’ll lead the floor team, shape guest experiences, and act as a supervisor to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

As Head Waiter/Waitress at Browns Manchester, you’ll bring your experience and passion to lead your team on the floor. You’ll act as a supervisor, to provide the service that will keep our guests coming back for more.
