Head Waiter/Waitress - Brigadiers

Salary: Up to £18 per hour

Brigadiers is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join their team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress looking to join an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Restaurant

Inspired by the army mess bars of India, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers indoors with an additional 34 on an outdoor terrace. The restaurant encourages socialising and camaraderie, featuring live sport on demand, pool, and classic card games. The cuisine focuses on Indian barbecue, utilizing tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens, and smokers. The drinks menu complements the food with beer, whisky, cocktails on tap, and large serves.

The Position

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will work closely with the management team, overseeing daily restaurant procedures and contributing to a positive dining experience. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training, along with opportunities for personal development, including visits to top craft beer and whisky producers.
