• Previous experience as a Senior Waiter / Head Waiter in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to lead by example and take full ownership of your section.
• Confident English communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow standards.
• Drive, ambition, and a desire to progress within the business.
• Proof of right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status).

Responsibilities
