Job summary

Amazonico London is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to deliver world-class service and lead by example in Mayfair.

You will guide your section, work closely with management, and ensure unforgettable guest experiences in a high-end, high-volume dining room.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue.
• A confident, professional, and warm personality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role – What You’ll Do
