The Position

We are looking for a professional, high‑energy head waiter or head waitress with excellent communication skills to give exceptional service to our guests. To succeed, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

• Experience in a busy high‑end dining establishment in Central London
• An aptitude to learn new dishes and ingredients to be able to make menu recommendations
• Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to demonstrate organisation skills with speed and efficiency
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures;
• Able to meet physical demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
