We are currently seeking an accomplished Head Waiter to support in leading our dining team at our renowned Cliveden Dining Room, distinguished with a prestigious 3 Rosette rating. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity to oversee the service excellence in our restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in high-end dining service, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an impeccable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Background in high‑end dining service, preferably in a 3 Rosette or equivalent setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and organisational skills in overseeing restaurant operations.
