Medivet & Partners is seeking a Head Nurse to provide clinical leadership of the nursing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional patient and client care while upholding regulatory standards across the practice. You will lead nurse-led appointments and activities, oversee admissions and discharges, and mentor staff to drive continuous improvement in care.

A valid RCVS registration and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
• Deliver exceptional care to your clients
• Provide clinical leadership, inspiration and development to the nursing team
