We're looking for a passionate and proactive Head Veterinary Nurse to join our welcoming team at Endell Vets in the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury. What You'll Be Doing:

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a key role in leading and inspiring our nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the nursing team with day-to-day operations
  • Running nurse consults and clinics
  • Performing Schedule 3 procedures and assisting with surgical prep
  • Managing the clinical diary and nursing rota
  • Overseeing stock control and dispensary management
  • Championing high standards of patient care and client service
  • Supporting the development of our student nurses and clinical team

Previous leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a passion for team development.

What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £38,000 DOE
  • 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (8:00-12:30)
  • No out-of-hours or Bank Holidays
