About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, self‑motivated individual with solid clinical experience who can inspire, support, and guide our team of RVNs, students, and VCAs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving professional development and fostering a positive team culture.

Salary & Hours
  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hours: 4 days per week (9‑hour shifts), plus 1 in 4 weekends
  • Contracted Hours: Average 40 hours per week
  • On‑call: Participation in the duty night rota
