A luxury country estate in England is seeking a Head Therapist to lead its therapist department and elevate the guest experience. The ideal candidate has senior supervisory experience in a spa setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service while managing operations and team development. Full time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
Salary of £27,400 per annum, plus monthly TRONC

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and confident professional to lead our therapist department, elevate the guest experience, and support the spa in achieving outstanding commercial and service results.
Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac, a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.
As Head Therapist, you will play a key role in ensuring our Country Club & Spa delivers exceptional treatments, maintains impeccable standards, and exceeds its revenue targets. You will manage day to day therapist operations, coach and develop your team, and drive quality across all touchpoints of the guest journey.
