Job summary

Northfield Manor Academy in Birmingham seeks an inspirational Headteacher to lead the academy into its next chapter within the Victoria Academies Trust. You will drive sustained school improvement, inspire pupils and staff, and strengthen community partnerships.

The successful candidate will champion inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing; develop staff through excellent professional development; and work with the Trust to ensure ongoing success and high life chances for children.
