Job summary

Chattyvets in Irvine is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to step into a Head RVN role within our North Ayrshire practice. The successful candidate will lead the nursing team, uphold high clinical standards and shape the day-to-day running of the practice.

You’ll work with a supportive team across three practices, benefit from a generous CPD allowance and multiple staff development opportunities, and enjoy a role with leadership responsibilities while continuing clinical

Qualifications

• Qualified RVN with strong veterinary nursing experience.
• Leadership experience is advantageous for a Head RVN role.
• Ability to lead by example and drive a positive team culture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a multi-site practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse consultations and coordinate nursing care.
• Monitor anaesthetics and support surgical cases.
• Oversee inpatient care and day-to-day running of the practice.
