Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and line‑manage the nursing team, supporting appraisals and rotas
  • Drive clinical standards across theatre, wards, consults and dispensary
  • Oversee stock control, SOPs and equipment maintenance schedules
  • Champion nurse clinics and client education initiatives
  • Support quality improvement, audits and infection control
Skills
  • Confident in inpatient care, theatre nursing and anaesthetic monitoring
  • Excellent communication and client‑care skills
  • Organised approach to stock, cleanliness and clinical standards
  • Collaborative teammate who enjoys sharing knowledge
  • IT‑literate with common PMS and lab integrations
Qualifications
  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse (or eligibility)
