Job summary

Reiss is seeking a People Partner to help bring the Reiss People Plan to life across assigned business areas. You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide pragmatic people advice and help create an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll combine strong HR generalist expertise with a commercial mindset, using insight to identify opportunities, improve processes and support leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams. This fixed-term contract runs for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced retail/fashion/commercial environment.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing at all levels.
• Experience in employee relations with balance of commercial priorities and risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the People Plan for allocated business areas and advise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage broad employee relations matters, including change and restructures, with commercial risk management.
• Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Lead improvements to people processes and ensure efficient, high-standard delivery.
• Coach and develop People leaders across performance, engagement and relations.
