Job summary

Nomad Foods Inc in Woking is seeking a Group Financial Reporting professional to lead month-end and statutory reporting for head office entities. You will ensure financial control compliance and drive process improvements.

The role requires advanced Excel and finance software skills, IAS knowledge, audit and balance sheet reconciliation experience, and a track record in people management and process development. A bachelor's degree and professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Relevant professional certification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) preferred.
• Audit experience and knowledge of SOX controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reporting process for head office companies to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain accuracy of SAP ECC entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and supervise colleagues in financial close activities.
• Focus areas include financial reporting, capex, prepayments, accruals and tax.
• Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, and Shared Finance Centre teams.
• Support consolidation, disclosures, and IFRS/IAS accounting papers.
• Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecasts; participate in system migrations.
