Job description

The Analyst, Head Office and Funds works closely with market teams on reporting and managing spend to budget. The Analyst will post journals and review costs for Head Office, Advertising, and Supply Chain funds. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and maintenance of fund accounts across market divisions while upholding solid internal controls and financial integrity. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of one year, based in Woking, United Kingdom, with a hybrid schedule (one day per week on site).

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent finance qualification or relevant accounting/reporting experience)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build exceptional cross‑functional relationships.
