Head Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Constantia Healthcare Group, Birstall Head Office

Hours: Part‑time – 20 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, flexible pattern)

This is a key role supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of our head office and providing professional, welcoming, and efficient administrative and front‑of‑house support to our leadership team.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them promptly to the correct care home or department.
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and set up ahead of meetings.
  • Support with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate digital records on our internal systems.
  • Keep office supplies, stationery, and refreshments stocked and organised.
  • Prepare drinks and refreshments for the team and visiting guests.
  • Maintain a tidy, well‑presented office environment that reflects our professional standards.
  • Provide general support to the wider head office team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • You’re a get‑up‑and‑go person — bubbly, approachable, and full of energy.
  • You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits the office.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
