A dynamic charity organization in Greater London seeks an Interim Head of Youth Work to lead inclusive and impactful services. As part of a senior team, you will manage Youth Work Managers, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards. Ideal candidates will have significant youth work leadership experience, strong people management skills, and expertise in safeguarding. This temporary role offers a hybrid work model with competitive hourly pay.

Location: Brent, North London (Hybrid - 1 day in person, Thursdays)
Duration: Temporary 3 months
Salary: £24.28 per hour + £2.93 holiday pay (equivalent to £44,199.26 FTE)
