Job summary

Tong Leadership Academy in Bradford is seeking a dedicated pastoral support worker to help foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our pupils.

You will provide welfare-focused support, build positive relationships with students and staff, and deliver practical help to enable pupils to reach their potential. This role values excellent customer service and teamwork across the school community.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of working with young people in an education setting.
• Experience of providing pastoral support within an education setting.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
