USPCA in Newry, Co. Down, is seeking a Head of Veterinary Surgery to lead our Animal Hospital, drive excellence in veterinary care, and champion animal welfare across Northern Ireland.

You will oversee complex surgeries, guide a multidisciplinary team, and shape the future of clinical services within a respected charity with a long-standing history.

• Lead the veterinary surgery department and drive clinical excellence in surgery and patient care.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, manage rota and performance reviews.
• Advance animal welfare through innovation, education and advocacy within Northern Ireland.

Location: Carnbane Industrial Estate, Newry, Co. Down

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 35 hours per week (expected to participate in a clinical rota)
