The Opportunity

T-SQUARED is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Validation and Compliance Consultancy Services to support and develop our team in T-SQUARED Validair. T-SQUARED Validair is a leading provider of contamination control testing, qualification, and GMP compliance services, serving clients across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare worldwide.

The successful candidate will deliver qualification and compliance work across the UK, with occasional overseas assignments. You will assist in preparing documentation and conducting on-site validation tasks, developing your expertise in a supportive, hands-on environment as we grow our consultancy services team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
• Lead business development and manage client relationships
• Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
• Deliver on-site consultancy services
• Drive improvements in CQV processes and systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
• Manage and train staff as we build our consultancy services team

What We Are Looking For

• Strong technical background in validation or compliance
• Experience in qualification projects within cleanrooms or controlled environments
• Experience in developing or delivering validation documentation (e.g., URSs, RTMs, VMPs)
• Familiarity with ISO 14644 standards and cleanroom classification concepts
• Experience with DQ, IQ, OQ, or PQ protocols, especially for cleanrooms or contamination control equipment
• Basic understanding of GMP principles and EU GMP guidelines
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments, containment systems, and GMP compliance
• Proactive attitude, good organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field
• Full UK driving license
