  • Monitor KPIs daily, conduct performance reviews, and follow through on forecasts and action plans.
  • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to develop client relationships and close complex deals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to refine go-to-market plans.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, panel discussions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Own accountability for team results, ensuring disciplined execution and operational excellence across the sales function.
