A leading training organization in the UK is seeking a Head of Training and Consultancy to elevate their training services. You will lead the design and delivery of accredited programmes, manage a team, and ensure quality standards are met. Ideal candidates have strong training design experience and a master's degree in a relevant field. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic growth while supporting diversity in applications.
As the Head of Training and Consultancy, you will elevate and deliver our client’s programme of training and consultancy services, shaping how relationship and psychosexual therapy is taught and practised.
Specifically, you’ll lead the design and delivery of the portfolio of accredited and bespoke services, utilising cutting‑edge tech, methodologies and models, and collaborating with accredited bodies, academic institutions and thought leaders to ensure they stay ahead of the curve.
Executing our client’s strategic vision, you will lead on all areas of design, development and delivery and ensure that their programmes meet accredited standards. You’ll use data, learner feedback and market insight to drive improvement and represent the organisation at national forums, conferences and events to promote the training offering.
Additionally, you’ll line manage a team of training managers and administrators, supporting and enabling their work whilst providing the direction they need. You will create an environment of collaboration and a culture of excellence and growth.
