This dynamic role involves managing a team, overseeing Employment Relations, and representing the organization to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Trade Union experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of employment law. This position requires in-office work two days a week in Birmingham and occasional travel across the UK for events.
