Soar Group’s For You Advertising seeks a Head of TikTok Shop in London. Hybrid role (2 days in Chalk Farm). You will shape and lead a full TikTok Shop department, drive growth for multiple clients, and own the relationship with TikTok partners while building scalable processes across the team.

The role requires 5+ years in e‑commerce growth, 2+ years hands‑on TikTok Shop experience, and a track record of leading a high‑performing team. Competitive salary with bonus and benefits.
