A non-profit housing organization in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Technology Leader to drive digital transformation and lead strategic technology initiatives. The role involves collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has expertise in user-centred design and agile delivery, alongside a degree in a relevant field. This position offers a competitive salary of £75,516 and the flexibility of hybrid working.
You’ll be part of our Technology Leadership Team, working closely with the Director of Technology and collaborating with the Strategic Change and Data & Insights teams.
Your work will connect across the whole organisation – shaping digital experiences, guiding project delivery and helping teams embed user‑centred and agile ways of working.
You’ll lead the Technology Delivery Team and Technology Delivery Partners / Product Managers. Together you’ll ensure every piece of technology we deliver meets user needs, adds value and supports our strategic goals.
You’ll be an experienced and inclusive technology leader with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions that improve how people work and live. You’ll bring a solid understanding of user‑centred design, agile delivery and enterprise architecture, alongside proven experience in leading teams and managing change.
Strong communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills are key, as is the confidence to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects effectively. You’ll hold a degree in a relevant field and be committed to ongoing professional development. Most importantly you’ll be passionate about creating technology that is accessible, inclusive and genuinely improves people’s experiences.

An initial Teams call with the hiring manager during the week commencing 10th November, followed by a second‑stage in‑person interview for shortlisted candidates which will involve further assessments.
